It’s been a turbulent week for bitcoin. The world’s largest cryptocurrency has been below $10,000 for several days.

On Friday, however, it began to turn around. Bitcoin went over $10,500 after increasing $1,000 in 30 minutes.

During the night between Saturday and Sunday, bitcoin took new steps upwards. The world’s biggest cryptocurrency reached $11,000, Cointelegraph reports.

Bitcoin SV’s price increases

The bitcoin price has since been corrected slightly. At the time of writing, it’s at $10,660 according to numbers from Coinmarketcap.

Among the altcoins, today’s big winner is bitcoin SV. Craig Wright’s controversial cryptocurrency has increased by 15 percent, numbers from Coinmarketcap shows.
